As more public domain hypertext comes on line, we are going to need
some big disks on each continent for it. We should also perhaps use
some mirroring software to keep them up to date.
One possibility is we feed back the hypertext to Michael Hart.
It could just be an overlay of files which have pointers to
the actual text, or a smart server which can #include the
actual text into a wrapper document.
Nat, do you thing the Gutenberg project would consider
using their existing distribution chain for the stuff? We could
set up W3 servers on some of their machines maybe? It would
take less CPU than FTP.
